Founded 30 years ago in a converted garage in Leicester, Mattioli Woods now employs over 900 people across the UK. Iain McKenzie has been the Chief Operating Officer since 2018 and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Group. He has vast experience in people and change management, operational and process efficiency, data analysis and performance metrics, as well as strategic planning and project management.
