In the light of Covid-19 and the impact that this is having on business thinking, this latest LBV event will focus on the future of the office in Leicester, exploring both real estate challenges/opportunities and trends towards different solutions.

Guest speakers will include:
• Mark Oakley, Director of Inward Investment and Place Marketing at Leicester City Council
• Property expert, Brendan Walsh (also Partner, Commercial Real Estate from Gunnercooke, a leading UK commercial law firm) who recently said in a Leicester Mercury article that “there is no denying that the lockdown has coursed a long-term seismic shift which needs a rapid response from the real estate industry”
