The Help to Grow: Management is a 12-week, government-funded course that fits around your work. Get access to expert-led learning, 1:1 business mentoring, peer networking and a tailored Growth Action Plan all designed to deliver results.

This practical course is for senior SME leaders in firms with 5 to 249 employees, combining in-person workshops, online sessions, your own mentor and exclusive resources from the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).
