Conservation ‘Netwalking’ at Twycross Zoo for Mental Health

Event details:

When: Thursday 27 April 2023
Where: Twycross Zoo

If you want to connect with nature, get your steps in and learn about biodiversity conservation while networking, then join LBV’s April business event: Conservation ‘Netwalking’ at Twycross Zoo for Mental Health.

Modern living is fast paced, busy and generally exhausting. It can prove difficult to stop, slow down and relieve stress for inner peace. Research documents the multiple benefits of connecting with nature/animals, outdoor activities and creativity for mental and physical health and wellbeing.

The Conservation ‘Netwalking’ at Twycross Zoo for Mental Health event provides a great opportunity to spend quality time outdoors to connect with nature, feel good and recharge your batteries. The event is designed to help you slow down, ‘be present’, engage your senses, enjoy the world around you and relieve tension while networking with fellow business leaders.

The guided walk and conservation talk will be delivered by Twycross’ Megan Wright, Education Officer, and Anjuu Trevedi, NSCC, and Sandra Wiggins, DPI (UK) Ltd.
