At Leicestershire Business Voice’s March event, you will discover how you can still improve your business bottom line through adopting a proactive approach to decarbonisation

LBV invites you to attend this free event, being delivered in collaboration with the Universities Partnership.

The biggest carbon emissions come from travel and transport. The event will feature a specific focus on this area, with input from Leicester City Council on their programme to achieve net zero and opportunities for organisations to reduce their carbon footprint from travel.

‘Reducing carbon emissions can grow your profit’ is the first in a series of the ‘Super Six’ events from LBV. It will provide an overview on the ‘why’, ‘what’ and ‘how’ of environmental sustainability for a business. There will be opportunity for a deeper dive into the subject through engagement with event partners following the event.

The series will offer a structured approach with events including a mixture of panel discussions, panel presentations, Q&A, workshops and networking events to equip businesses with the necessary tools and strategies for success.

The Universities Partnership brings together the expertise of De Montfort University, Loughborough University and University of Leicester, for the benefit and prosperity of the local area. This event is being kindly hosted by the School of Business at the University of Leicester.

This event is FREE to attend for LBV members, guests and non-members. As part of the post event media activity, LBV members will be able to share for free their decarbonisation plans.
